Russell MacKenzie is a Coca-Cola Alumnus with 30 years of experience in Informatics solutions related to both Beverage and Ingredient quality. He held the position of Director of Global Lab Informatics supporting Coca-Cola's Center of Excellence Analytical Services Laboratories which provided analytical support to the entire supply chain. After graduating from Coca-Cola, Russell joined Orbis Labsystems as a Senior Consultant and has been working with global Pharma industry customers. Through Orbis Labsystems, partner of Thermo Fisher Scientific, Russell works directly with Thermo Scientific™ SampleManager LIMS™ software projects.

Jai Bhana is a registered professional scientist with the Health Professions Council, South Africa. She is Senior Partner with Africa Technical Consultancy & Lab consultant with Orbis LabSystems Services, delivering science and analytical intelligence in Quality, Food Safety & Product Integrity globally. Business relevant risk mitigation strategies are executed in ingredients and finished products for Consumer Safety and Co Brand & Reputation to build trust and confidence.
Jai has worked on Assignment in the UK in Buxton at the Health & Safety Labs, and previously held positions as Senior Scientist with National Health Analytical Services & Chief Forensic Scientist in the Johannesburg division of Forensic Chemistry.
Jai is currently completing her MBA with Henley, Reading UK with a research thesis on “Culture and Digital pace of Change in Labs of the Future”. Jai holds a BSc. Chemistry & Bsc. Honours in Pharmacology, from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a Diploma in Cosmetic Chemistry from the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, South Africa. She holds certifications in Lab Quality Management, Operational Excellence and ISO (9000, 17025, 15189, 22 000), GLP, GMP & HACCP. Jai lives with her family in Johannesburg.
