Over his 40+ year career, Steven Sklare brings an impressive background and hands on experience in food safety, sanitation, food fraud and pest management. He is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS), Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS), a Licensed Environmental Health Practitioner (LEHP), and Certified Pest Control Technician. Steven is a FSPCA lead instructor for HF PCQI and FSVP. He has provided services, consulting and training to the Food Industry ranging from Food Processing & Distribution to Foodservice/Hospitality.

Maria has more than a decade of experience in journalism, marketing, and communications within the publishing, conferences and medical device industry.
