Optimization of
EO Sterilization

This webinar will review the features and performance capabilities of a new, fully programmable small chamber (5 cubic feet or 8 cubic feet) ethylene oxide sterilizer system. The key features of the sterilizer design, including the chamber temperature and relative humidity control systems and the ethylene oxide delivery system will be reviewed. The cycle programming procedure and the available ranges of the 28 programmable process set points will be presented. The sterilizer’s compliance to national and international safety and performance standards will also be summarized. Test data from laboratory studies of the uniformity of the temperature and relative humidity in the empty chamber at various set points will be presented and discussed.

This webinar is intended for process engineers, validation engineers, quality engineers, or others that are responsible for sterilization of medical devices or other specialty products. This sterilization system can be considered for in-house sterilization of medical devices, contract sterilization, or specialty lab applications.

Attendees can expect to learn:

· Programming capabilities for a new small chamber ethylene oxide sterilizer

· Performance capability, including chamber uniformity data for temperature and relative humidity, for a new small chamber EO sterilizer

· Standards requirements for small chamber EO sterilizers.
